OUR ALUMNI
These are the people that are or were members of the South Bronx Community Health Leaders and have gone on to their respective health professional training schools. We are proud of our leaders and their accomplishments.
We are proud to announce that 5 more Leaders are preparing to embark on their medical school journeys in the 2021-2022 cycle! These leaders will automatically become alumni of our program.
I will be a Physician working to address the health issues plaguing underserved communities. I also would like to continue to mentor those in the pre-med path. South Bronx Community Health Leaders means hope! Whenever I feel overwhelmed over the injustices in our community and how it seems impossible to make change, it brings me great hope to know that we are creating the next generation of advocate health care providers.
This alumnus is currently finishing a post-bacc pipeline program and preparing for her first year of medical school.
